Process took a total of 9 weeks. I had one phone interview with HR a week after first contact then another phone interview a week later with 3 supply chain buyers. Waited two weeks to find out I was a Finalist and then had to wait 3 weeks until the actual on-site interview. They contacted me two weeks after the on-site interview with the final decision.
The on-site interview consisted of meeting and interviewing with multiple supply chain team members. HR told me that the reason I did not get an offer was because of lack of experience, which I completely understand since I recently graduated from college. However, it was an entry-level position for recent graduates and I had the qualifications they were looking for online. That's not what irritates me the most though. A few hours after I was denied the job offer, they posted the job back up on their website and on glassdoor. What's even more crazy is that there was supposedly a candidate with "more experience that was considered." So why did the position go back up if there was a "better candidate?"
Honestly, this was the worst experience I have ever had with a Human Resources department. The Supply Chain team was nice, but HR was just awful. I will never recommend this company to anyone.
Feedback to Arthrex: Don't waste a candidate's time and make them a finalist if you think they "don't have enough experience" for an entry-level position.
