HR screen phone call to set up a screening interview. 3 days later a call back to interview with hiring manager. Three weeks later called back with an onsite interview. Week after the onsite was offered a position. Straight forward process, slight lag in communication but it's only because they are hiring so fast. Understood it once I got there. Great company!!!
