Multiple phone interviews followed by a full day on-site interview. Spoke with each member of the team I would be working with, as well as the senior management I would report to on a regular basis. Did not meet the owner as he was in Germany on the day of my on-site interview.
Multiple rounds with genuinely pleasant people throughout the process. Communication was clear at every stage, and I always understood the next steps moving forward. The entire experience felt organized, thoughtful, professionally managed, and respectful of everyone’s time and expectations.

I went through several rounds including a presentation.The process took awhile, almost 4 months but in the end it was worth it because I got the job offer! I interviewed with all levels of the team.
It was a standard interview process that involved questions like why here why should we hire you and what do u know about our company. It was friendly and light
