First step: phone call with HR. Straightforward because they mostly asked about my CV and education.
Second step: video call with manager. Straightforward too. Talked again about my CV history and about the position.

quick and down to the point, did not move forward, they offered below market value which was strange, since they were looking for someone with 5 + years experience and this was not an entry level, but $60K per year now a days you can make more at Costco

You first apply with your CV, then you´ll have a phone call for about 10 minutes and then you´ll get to the interview. The process does take a while ( at least for me it took a while, it was during covid)

Kurze Vorstellungsrunde. Danach wurden über die bisherigen Erfahrungen gesprochen, zudem was man sich selber vom Job vorstellt und welche Vorstellungen das Unternehmen an einem selber hat. Danach wurde darüber gesprochen, wo man sich in den nächsten Jahren sieht, was für Ziele man hat.
