The HR process takes a long time. After being contacted by the recruiter I waited another 2 weeks to hear about an interview. After my in person interview I waited another 3 weeks to hear that I had not received the position. Two days later I received another phone call with a job offer.

The interview took about 2 hours. Open conversation.
We spoke German and Spanish with some team members @Arrow.
I talked about my current job and discussed their vision, team and tasks I would be asked to perform.
By the end, I asked what were the benefits.
The interviewer was reluctant or made it seem an irrelevant point to touch.
No answer (YES/NO) and it's been a month.

Interview was pretty easy and straight forward. The recruiter that interviewed me was a new hire so there was no structure. Never heard back from anyone so gave up on the process.

It was very good and easy to interview. Interview was at the property location. Had to park in the parking garage which took some time. They had security guards too. Made you dress nice
