      Entrevista

      The interview process took about 6 weeks. Initially I was contacted by a personable guy who handled the sourcing of perfect fitting people for "crucial roles" with Arrow. He was very informative and honest, and explained how the process worked for what he could. He forewarned me it could take some time for the recruiter to reach out to me and to not be worried. When she did, two weeks later, it was slightly offsetting; She gave me one option to talk, which was in one hour, and she called me 10 or so minutes prior. She was very "bullish" and overbearing, acting like "there was no way" I had the skillsets based on my experience. I could tell she was trying to find a quick reason to throw me out the door. Conversation lasted 11 minutes total. Afterwards I called the sourcer back, who was apologetic for the recruiter. He was honest with me I felt like - but you could tell he walked a tight line between not defending her and not separating himself from as a team member.(Honestly I felt bad for him as it seemed this might be a more regular type of occurrence.) He told me would see what he could do for me and would update me at a later point. After about a week, the same recruiter reach out again - introducing herself and stating she located my information from my application in the system they have. She had forgotten it seemed about our last pass through and she put the sweetness and sales pitch on heavy. I kept my mouth shut and continued the interview, which moved forward quickly. After a face to face with the team leader, I was offered the job on the spot.
