Entrevista
I got a call through a recruiter for full time role with Arrow Electronics. Interview was good and I was selected. But the HR are very rude and annoying people... First they don't directly discuss the salary and benefits part with the candidate, which they are supposed to do. Second, they promised a salary package earlier and suddenly they retracted to a 5k less with ridiculous reasons. There is no way i can accept an offer from unethical company like this.
We appreciate you taking some time to share about your recent interview experience with Arrow - many things happen throughout the offer stage, and we're sorry your experience was a negative one. As it's been two years (May 2014) since you last interviewed, we trust our processes and ways of recruiting have improved significantly!
