It was a phone interview, then an in-person interview with a job shadow. The first phone interview was very casual and I spoke with Alexa. She was very fun and made me feel very welcome. In the in-person interview I shadowed Tyler and he showed me the software which I am very familiar with. I then met with Patrick and he spoke with me about the management style and my fit at Arrive. Overall, the office was exciting and I am very content with the interview process.

Very responsive and easy to coordinate. The interview itself was straightforward and exactly how described. 2 parts, 30 minutes each. One with a manager and one with a director. Heard back a few days later as they had told me. Very easy to coordinate with the team on the offer post interview
