Submitted my resume online, heard back the same day to schedule an interview the next day. In the meantime, had to take a personality test. Chatted with an HR person in the office I was applying to, who called me back 10 minutes after the end of the first screening to asked me to come on site the same day. Spent about 2.5 hours there visiting the office, taking a cognitive test, shadowed a staff member, met and interviewed with the Executive Assistant, Director of People and Chief People Officer. They gave me an assignment to tour the office and make a list of suggestions of things to improve + a list of community engagement ideas for early 2020. All were super nice, welcoming and friendly. Got an email the next day asking if I had any pressing deadlines (then everybody was off for Thanksgiving). They offered me the job as soon as they returned to the office! Amazing experience, not just because I got the job, but because they were very responsive and friendly!
