Applied online and was contacted my recruiter two weeks later. Was asked basic screening questions. Two weeks later was contacted via email to proceed with next interview, which was going to be a phone interview with HR manager. Another two weeks went by and was advanced to a third interview which was done in person. I followed up a week later and still have not hear anything back and it has been 3 weeks since the last interview. Very poor follow up, I don’t want to work for a company that doesn’t communicate.
