Applied online for a position as instructor to at risk teens, a program funded by the National Guard. After an online application I waited six months for a call back, was called and an in person interview was scheduled. The interview consisted of sitting in a room with three interviewers while they asked questions (what would you do if....etc.). Also had to fill out background check paperwork. Was offered the position two weeks after interview, to start work in another two months.
