I applied through linkedIn and they responded other day with the email to schedule an interview. I schedule an interview with them next day at 12:30 pm and they confirmed my in person interview through email. I arrived at the armi office, little rock about 20 minutes earlier. There was nobody in the office. There was no receptionist and I waited for 2 hrs but nobody showed up. I called them multiple times and emailed them multiple times but there was no response. There was another lady with me whose interview wa at 1:00 pm. Both of us tired to reach Andre Butler, who scheduled our interview. But there was no response and finally we left. I have even recieved any email from Armii inc about the missing interview. I have encountered such unprofessional people in life. Such a shame that they make the candidates wait for 2 hrs without any person in the office. This company is scam, do not fall in this trap.

The office is really nice and professional in downtown little rock. The interview process was broken dowm into a three parts the first round entails, a quick Q&A where they try to determine what your personality is and if you are a right fit for the job, they were upfront and polite about what the job entails.
