I had five total interviews. Two were in person, three were virtual. One of the in person interviews was treated as a working interview. This process took place over a month. I was never offered the position. However, HR called me weeks later and they immediately started discussing my start of work and a non negotiable salary. I was so disgusted with the lack of communication and extensive interview process, I declined the position.
