When I had forgotten about my application, they requested to have a phone interview with the hiring manager. The interview was good, the hiring manager was nice and professional and I think we both agreed I was a good match at least to pass to the next phase. A few days later I was contacted by their HR team to invite me for the face to face interview as I had been successful in the previous step, as expected. But, the next message received was just a full rejection and closure of the process, with the only justification that they had found someone more suitable for the role. Well, this was very dissapointing, but it is much more dissapointing to verify that today, a couple of months later, they just published the SAME role again... Crazy company, I don't think I'd be happy working for them.
