I interviewed Architecture and Technology Group (ATG) at the start of the month. After 5 rounds of face-to-face the feedback was positive and they decided to go further with the process. At the same moment, i disclosed it to them that i've been offered a role in different company as well. But it would be really great if they can make a offer ASAP as im really interviewed to join the team (job profile was very interesting). They got all the insight of the other company's offer and kept postponing with some vague excuse. Since I was really interested in the job profile, i used to follow-up everyday but each time the HR would give me some vague issues. After few weeks when i was at the verge of losing the offer from the other company, i finally gave up and stopped chasing. My one month experience with ARM helped me conclude that ARM doesn't believe in healthy competition and has no pillar of transparency and integrity inside the organization. It lacks the essential which makes any place a great place to work. I had a very bad experience with ARM, thus thought of bringing this to the internet so that in future no one else get harassed by them.
