The recruiter contact me to apply for ML position.
And I have Skype interview with the team lead and one of the staff engineer after one month.
We go through my experience, and they ask couple of questions related to CDC and LINT.
Finally, they ask a on line quiz, but I didn't give the answer on time.
I think that's the reason I'm not qualified.

Q: Could you describe how to build a block diagram for to output the square of a number

Good to hear and understand from you directly that even though the outcome of your interviews at Arm weren’t what was initially hoped for, you still came away feeling quite positive and managed to make some solid contacts internally within the hiring team that you might be able to leverage down the road if an opportunity arises that looks suitable.

It was a tough interview. In the beginning, there was a one-to-one with the manager of the division. It was a technical interview but he didn't ask for too much detail. After that one there was an interview with the HR very basic try to know you questions. After that, there was a two interview with the team leader. It was very detailed design questions related to caches, FSM, low power design, FIFO, throughput calculation. All interviews was done on skype and done on different days.
