It was a detailed, step by step, systematic process. It included telephonic interview, IQ test, personal interview and presentation. The IQ test consisted of personality related questions. There were questions related to Maths, english and general reasoning and the test was time limited. Interview was taken by a panel and 1 week before, I was asked to prepare a presentation on a certain subject.
