Applied for their trainee program on their website. The application covered CV, cover letter and to answer some basic questions. Later on I was invited to do a numerical and verbal online test. After that there was a video skype interview with one Arla HR employee and one person from a recruitment firm. The skype interview lasted about one hour and the language used was English. Questions include: tell us about a time when you successfully led a group? how did you got about it? How do you motivate other people? How do you work towards goals? Tell me about a time when you took a big decision and how did you go about it. Etc. Most of the questions were basic. Then there is the assessment day with additional interviews and case solving.
