Me postulé a través de un reclutador. Acudí a una entrevista en Arkose Labs (Salt Lake City, UT) en ago 2020
Entrevista
It was a very standard interview process. I met with 5 different members of the company from varying departments. They took the time to thoroughly understand my experience and what I could offer the team should I join. I felt like the overall interview process was fair and provided a lot of insight into the company. They were very open and honest about the job role and what would be expected.

The interview process was very sloppy(excuse my language here).
1st interview with Sr. recruiter: does a good job of explaining everything
2nd Interview with the hiring manager: in 30 mins call, he explains about the company for 15 mins and next 15 mins he asked me questions. why this company, blah blah..
3rd interview with a TAM: I get on 30 mins scheduled call with a TAM who is 3 months old to the company; the interview gets completed in 5 mins as she didn't have any questions to ask. It appeared she was interviewing for the first time
4th Interview with VP, CS: I really felt I was challenged here; so kudos to the person who took my interview
5th interview with Sales Exe: 8 months old to the company, didn't have any questions to ask and the interview was done in 10 mins. It appeared he was interviewing for the first time as well. Moreover, when I asked him more about the sales process, he didn't have the right answer to describe the internal process
6th interview was with the hiring manager again who wanted to gauge my technical skills(HR didn't provide any guidance around what the technical interview would be). The hiring manager added that I have the right skills to perform this job and for the skills that I wasn't that good with, he told he would get my up to the speed
7th interview, I get a request from HR for "references" - I confirmed with HR thrice about the consequences after references and he alluded that they would move the offer
2 week after being unresponsive I get to know that they decided to choose another candidate
What really frustrated me over here was they asked for references. Who in this world would ask for references if they are not sure if are going to offer a candidate an offer?
Thanks for making me look like a fool in front of my references.
And yes, one more thing...everyone including the hiring manager kept repeatedly saying "we like you, you are a good fit and you have the right skills"
