Entrevista
The interview process consisted of 4 rounds
1. Phone interview assessing your CV and a brief question session about yourself and your knowledge of the industry
2. On site interview - Introduction to the people on your team and 3 30 min interviews with them one on one. They go through how the company works and where you would fit in. Also assess your previous experience and skills
3. The next set of interviews is with senior leadership at the firm (team leads/CEO's). These interviews try to gauge your soft skill set. How hungry/motivated are you? Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years? Are you a go-getter? Do you want to be a disruptor type questions
4. The final round of interviews was like a recap of all previous interviews and felt as though they needed assurance of who they would be hiring. Met with senior leadership and team lead again and just affirmed whether I was the right fit.
No where in the interview process where there any technical questions or tests of any sort
