After completing a Front End tech test (creating a table UI in React to display some data fed in from a CSV file), I met with the CTO three times. I also met briefly with three other members of the engineering team.

The application process was quite fast compared to other companies and took around 2 weeks. It consisted of an initial phone call to discuss past project and what the company was looking for. I was then asked to complete some coding tasks for Front-End (React or framework of choice) and some light backend and testing (Python). The final step is the on site interview in their London offices. The team was incredibly passionate and they gave a lot of insight into what working at Arkera feels like.
