I went through a recruiter. The first phone interview was with the Ops Director and hiring manager. We walked through my resume in detail. Within 2 weeks, I interviewed on-site (Arkema flew me in from out of state). The on-site interview consisted of 4 rounds. Round 1 - VMS leader took me on a plant tour. Round 2 - two VMS leaders. Round 3 - Ops Director. Round 4 - HR. The culture at Arkema is very Lean oriented.
