Because of the Covid-19 situation, the application process had to be scheduled. Application process includes an aptitude and math test for which a calculator or smart phone can't be used. Interview was scheduled a week later and consisted of a panel interview with Purchasing Mgr. and Asst. Mgr. Interviewers were very laid back. dressed in shorts and t-shirts. Asked me very few questions about my resume and focused more on how hot and dirty the job will be. Overall impression was that they were looking for a more youthful candidate vs. a more mature and experienced one.
