Submitted resume and cover letter online. Received a call from HR the next day with an interview appointment. Interviewed in-person and took a 30-minute intermediate Excel test. Also took a 45-minute SQL/data management test. The interphase of the Excel test was awful and outdated. It does not allow for any exploration/navigation without penalties. The 45 minute SQL/data management test was offered as a critical thinking word document. There were about 8 questions that you have to answer on the Word Document. They expect you to manually write out your SQL queries without an intellisense or knowledge of how their data is housed. The interview questions were very formal and the demeanor of the current employees is very traditional. Be sure to suit-up and be ready for STAR questions

The first round itself was an onsite interview. It had two parts: 1. HR Round - But also had data related questions and what technologies have I worked on. 2. Online written test - included question-related to SQL queries and one question related to VBA and some basic calculations
