Please tell about a time when you had a conflict to resolve and how you resolved it. Would you have done anything differently?
The interview is held in a big conference room. Multiple candidates are interviewing at the same time, but you are only getting interviewed by two people, a Community Director (supervisor) and a Community Assistant.

First round of the interview process is an application (recommend that you attend information sessions to ensure you have proper format). The second round is in-person interviews with the community directors and current community assistants.
