I had two rounds of phone interviews. One with the recruiter and one with the general counsel. The next would have been with the owners. I think I had pretty spot on experience and interviewed well. But then they rejected me, which is fine. But I keep seeing the same job now almost 6 months later and each time they repost it they get over a hundred resumes (according to LinkedIn at least) and then in like 2-3 weeks they report it. Seems like something if off and maybe they are actually not hiring or maybe nobody wants to work 5 days a week in their Long Island offices from 9-6 with no flexibility.
