Entrevista
First it was telephonic intierview with basic concepts of oops and c#,sql wcf.Then there was a machine test to write a client application to fetch data using a wcf service.Then there were two technical f2f discussion followed by one discussion with manager and than in teh end there was discussion with HR on salary part.There was one last telephonic discusssion with US cleint.
They released offer in 2 weeks.

2. Technical interview, system design, tech challenges. Algo tasks like for data structures, etc.
3. Soft Skills check and few architectural questions they ask.

Data structure question were tricky . CPP basic concept were asked .
A dynamic programming question, A 2D matrix was given with children as rows and toys as columns. The values at indexes are 0 or 1 as either a child can have this toy or not
