      Entrevista

      I was initially approached by a company called “Apex Infinity,” but during the introductory call, they referred to themselves as “Arise Infinity.” They explained that Arise was one of their marketing teams while Apex was the parent company. Later during the physical interview, they mentioned that their actual main company was under another name entirely, which felt confusing and lacking transparency. Another red flag was that the office seemed heavily focused on recruitment calls for sales and marketing roles. The interview itself was conducted in a group setting. Most employees in the office appeared to be making recruitment calls rather than doing operational work. The compensation structure was also unclear. There was no basic salary — income depended entirely on weekly sales performance, and payment was made weekly based on results. They stated that workers are considered “self-employed” rather than company employees, so benefits such as medical claims were not provided. Additionally, the interview location did not appear to be the actual main working office. The company also did not seem to have a specific main product, as they described themselves more as a third-party marketing/event outsourcing team that helps other companies run projects and campaigns. Overall, applicants should clarify the company structure, employment status, salary system, and job scope carefully before accepting the role.
