Made it through 3 rounds-- HR screening call, call with the hiring manager, and a take-home test. They didn't give any feedback on the test for weeks. I had to follow up with HR multiple times just to be told they "wouldn't be moving forward." Good, I wrote the whole thing in ChatGPT because the test was blatantly work they were going to steal and use for their own business. They also revealed in the interview process that they have NEVER been able to successfully retain for this position. Their last hire in this role didn't even make it 3 months before they fired them, and the one before that quit only a few months after joining during an acquisition. Major red flags to copywriters everywhere! Do not apply.
