My interview was "Face to Face" with the hiring "Assistant Accounts Receivable Team Lead Hiring Supervisor". She alone asked all the questions and instructed me on the job that I would be doing and that I would be trained by two of the existing A/R employees whom I would be assisting in their daily work load.
