Writing a 200 words article about news pieces provided within 45 minutes. A very easy numerical test and an interviews. I didn't make it to the next stage which was supposed to be an interview. The company had a melancholic feeling and workers in general seemed dissatisfied. Not sure what was their strength of their consulting business...

basic numerical test. essay question (reading and aernalyzing), tests your reporting skills. Interview with the manager followed by two more stages. Numerical test did not require any preporation. I suggest candiates to prepare their reporting and reading skills. Finally, it is also helpful to have a way of knowing how to solve problems efficiently. The question regarding the gas station tests your ability to simply the problem and logically come to the conslusion. At the end of the day, the answer will be nowhere near the actual figure but the logical reasoning behind you answer will be the on the radar.
