Formal writing test followed by interview. This was then followed by a second interview, reference check. Interviewed by managing editor and editor of publication. There was also a representative from human resources department
I did not receive any feedback or a rejection email after completing the written assignment. They completely ghosted me. They also use the same written assignment test every single time.
