While the entire process took quite awhile, interviews and assessments were carried out in a hassle-free, flexible and friendly manner. Was first invited to a 1.5-hour assessment (mental arithmetic test and writing test where you will be asked to produce a simple and concise news piece with ample information being provided to you). Followed by two interviews (first by the editorial team and then by a member of the talent acquisition team) where typical behavioural & competency-based questions will be asked, and it's utmost beneficial if you're able to display any passion you have regarding journalism, interests in news and/or commodities markets.
