There were two people, a man doing the interview who looked like a manager, this was in a Tesco store and the woman just sat their writing things on a piece of paper but didn't speak. My accent was also commented on which I felt I was discriminated against because it wouldn't have been mentioned. I would like to say that I am English too.
Nice and simple. Straightforward. Clear, good communication. Clear date and time given. Accessible and easy location, nice staff. Easy to find. Good directions. Useful job description and person specification. Knew how to prepare and what to bring.

The interview was quite casual, the manager was really lovely and had a nice chat. Had to answer question on previous experience (does not have to be job related, if you didn't have previous experience)
