i applied online and a few weeks after received a phone call asking if i could attend a group interview. i had never been to a group interview before so i didn't know what to expect. It was late and i walked in to about 7 people sitting in silence. when everyone was there (around 25) we had to talk to the person next to us and find out as many facts in 5 minutes and then present those facts to the whole group. We were then split into 4 groups where we had to design a superhero for Argos, we had to present that too. We had the oppurtunity to ask questions at the end and someone asked when we would here back from then, they replied a week and its been 3 months and i havent heard anything.

Applied online and recieved interview invite a week later. The interview questions are very customer service orientated. Some questions involve personal experience and customer service scenarios. I was interviewed by the store manager and a supervisor. They were very friendly and asked a few informal questions. It lasted roughly 20 minutes.
