I went in person to the shop and asked about positions available, I was given the interview date which was in 2 days. I had to bring my National Insurance Number, and my birth certificate and the interview was very easy, just a process to get to know us. I was asked 'Tell me about yourself' and 'Give an example of when you gave good customer service'. We then discussed the role and I was offered a job with the induction in 2 days after the interview.
