Had a phone call that lasted around 10 mins, very quick and didn't have anytime to get ready. process was poor all auto emails after this I understand but need to send out correct emails. Thanked me for meeting with them and that they enjoyed meeting me but at no point did a face to face interview take place.

Entrevista
I applied online and received an email inviting me for an interview. I actually enjoyed this interview very much. My skills and experience were questioned to the fullest and it was a great opportunity to talk about me which I love in an interview. The Area Manager was experienced, approachable, polite, friendly and engaging. After I failed the interview I was invited to personally discuss this decision with him on the phone which I thought was outstanding as I'd never been offered this before. I gained a lot of knowledge from him on improving my further interviews. Highly recommended.
