Fairly easy group interview with about 10 people. We were asked a few questions as a group and also had some tasks to complete in smaller groups. Most people at the interview were eventually hired.

There was an application, a group activity and role play where you had to describe items from the catalogue and then if successful there was a competency interview with a manager.
