It was fairly long, one to one, the manager asked me why I wanted to work there and went through a list of questions she had in a sheet, then we had an informal chat about the job. I was then asked to go on to the shop floor and approach a customer
Nice and simple. Straightforward. Clear, good communication. Clear date and time given. Accessible and easy location, nice staff. Easy to find. Good directions. Useful job description and person specification. Knew how to prepare and what to bring.

The interview was quite casual, the manager was really lovely and had a nice chat. Had to answer question on previous experience (does not have to be job related, if you didn't have previous experience)
