Sent off a resume and took the auto-mailed test on the same day, right before bed. Got an email from the CTO minutes later asking if I was still up since he's in Hong Kong. All the calls were late at night, but it was pretty straight-forward and personal. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and down-to-earth, and I especially enjoyed my talk with their CEO. Really, it was the four people I spoke to who convinced me to take the job.
