I actually walked in to the office from a friends referral. They were kind enough to schedule me and had me come back later that day. I was under-dressed at first, many of their employees are sharply dressed in suits. I came back with proper attire and proceeded to be engaged by a very inquisitive interviewer. He was more focused on why I wanted a career change and explained the pros and cons of marketing and sales. Very transparent!
