A staffing agency presented this opportunity to me. Spent a decent amount of time interviewing and then I get ghosted. Their goal is to fix processes and I can understand why. It’s been weeks with no updates. My advice is to provide at least a good experience to your candidates whether considering them or not. Disappointed.
