Time-intensive process without thoughtful evaluation I rarely do interview reviews, but this interview experience felt notably careless with candidates’ time. I was asked to complete a fairly involved (poorly AI-generated) assignment and approached it thoughtfully. However, in the subsequent interview, it became clear the interviewer had not reviewed my submission and had limited familiarity with the Executive Assistant function itself. Requiring unpaid candidate work without taking the time to evaluate it meaningfully creates a discouraging and unprofessional experience. The process felt disorganized, misaligned, and ultimately like a poor use of time and energy.
