The interview process was smooth. First there was a recruiter call who asked me behavioral questions like- my introduction, whether I would like to report my manager every day or once a week, etc. Then there was a second interview which was a phone screen. It was about an hour with basic javascript questions. Scenarios like accessing variables in a closure, etc. Then I was called on site. It was about 6 hours long, first a very casual interview with the HR manager who explained me everything about the process. Second and third interviews were with senior engineers who asked me some front end and javascript questions that included coding and system design like questions. Third interview was with the manager who asked a coding question and again some javascript code scenarios. Fourth interview was with a Principle Engineer who asked me a coding question in java and some java basics. Fifth interview was with the VP of Engineering and the CTO. They asked me few behavioral questions and it was mostly a friendly conversation just to see if I fit in the Arena culture.
