Their company culture is something funny but then people seemed too unhappy. Don't get carried away by the reviews.

Entrevista
While the reviews are very positive to be an employee at Ardoq, my experience when applying was not positive. After being selected to progress to the next stage in the process I was asked to submit a couple of recorded videos which took me nearly a day to complete. After several follow attempts, I was ghosted with no response.
In a super competitive market, please treat your candidates with respect and be clear about next steps. After putting careful thought into my videos, an outcome response would have been nice!
