I could not have better things to say about the Archive team and interview process, led by the head recruiter Eric. The process included an initial interview with him (who is incredible at what he does!) to screen if there is a fit, an interview with the design manager (who is also wildly talented and capable), a portfolio review with a product manager and developer, and one-on-one's with both the CTO and CEO! This process was very streamlined and the entire team was involved- every stakeholder made me feel like I could ask any questions at any point. The head recruiter also made an extra effort to ensure that it was a fluid process throughout all touch points and was very communicative. Again, the best interview process I have gone through.
