After phone interviews with the HR person and regional director under whom I would be working, I was flown to Ho Chi Minh City for the interview. It was quite pleasant overall. Initially I went over some questions with the head of HR with the focus being my approach to workplace culture, relocating to another country, working with a team and with offices in other countries, that sort of thing. Then one of the senior directors joined us and asked me pointed questions about experience directly related to my stated expertise. Basically just searching out any B.S. and making sure I had done what I said I had. Afterwards the director and I went to lunch, and I was off to the airport.
