Long interview process with no pre-set cadence or urgency from leadership to complete. I interviewed over the course of two and a half months with 2 VP's, a President, and the Founder. After 4 interviews I was told I would still be expected to fly to LA to spend the day walking stores with leadership and doing mock presentations. I did not get the impression they were able to make decisions quickly or effectively. Interview questions mostly conversational, some specific situation based. I withdrew myself from the candidate pool after 10 weeks due to the process and lack of urgency.
