It was a hands on interview. He wanted me to demonstrate my knowledge and experience with the equipment. Explained what the position involved, and what the expectations were as far as work ethic, punctuality, dependability, and integrity. We discussed salaries, and opportunities for advancement. He explained there would be a second interview, and said he would contact me to schedule.
