I spent time with each person on the team. It was definitely a two way street on the interview process which is nice. Its important as the interviewee to know the people you will work with. Everyone was very welcoming and interested in what I had to say. Since I was from out of town, they had a welcome package waiting for me at the hotel - loved that little touch!
